Nancy Robin is the CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Broward, leading efforts to address one of the country's most housing cost-burdened markets. A respected banking veteran, she previously served as President of CNLBank’s South Florida Market and held leadership roles at BankAtlantic. Since joining Habitat in 2016, Nancy has combined her financial expertise and deep community roots to advance proven housing solutions. A longtime South Florida resident and Florida Atlantic University graduate, she continues serving her community through board leadership and volunteer work.

Nikki Rach

Nikki Rach is a Professional EOS Implementer® with more than 25 years of leadership experience, guiding organizations from $1 million to $65 million through growth and transformation. A seasoned Integrator and nonprofit advocate, she’s helped teams gain clarity, accountability, and traction, even doubling business size post-pandemic. As an Ironman and marathon swimmer, Nikki brings the same discipline and drive to helping leaders reach their next level with EOS®.

Franccesca Cesti-Brown

Franccesca Cesti-Brownee is a seasoned nonprofit executive with over 15 years of experience in financial management, operational leadership, and grant compliance. As Chief Operating Officer at Be Strong International, she oversees the financials and leads strategic execution across finance, human resources, IT, and program implementation. Her expertise includes managing multi-country grant portfolios, ensuring compliance with federal and private funders, and building systems that support transparency, accountability, and sustainable impact.
