Jessica’s greatest strength (besides bringing joy wherever she goes) is her ability to amplify giving and strengthen teams to help nonprofits thrive.

Jessica is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for helping the greater good. In 2021, Munday co-founded Cloud 9 with her long-time friend and colleague, Jessica Rodriguez. As a seasoned strategic marketing professional with 25 years in the nonprofit sector, she enjoys working closely with nonprofit leaders to develop their brand strategies and communications to strengthen their ability to make a greater impact in the world.

Rachel serves as the advisor services coordinator at Cloud 9. Her passion for the nonprofit sector has been a driving force in her career. Her role at Cloud 9 is to help ensure the company’s advisors are supported and to help promote Cloud 9 to nonprofits. With a genuine commitment to being a part of positive change, Rachel is eager to assist Cloud 9 in ensuring its nonprofit clients thrive.

Research & Policy Advisor
Heather helps Cloud 9’s clients by guiding them to success using her extensive experience in government affairs, research, strategic planning, evaluation, data analytics, event planning, program development and policy analysis. She is a dedicated nonprofit professional with 15 years of experience in the field. Her expertise includes economic development, healthcare access, behavioral health, affordable housing, education, and child welfare. Her ability to provide invaluable insights for our clients brings a level of service that helps elevate our clients to new heights.
